About: Main-Cocktail Bar

Delicious sundowners and the most beautiful sunset in the city can be enjoyed at this bar on the south bank of the Main opposite the European Central Bank.   Mobile and yet a permanent institution on the banks of the Main in Frankfurt for over 20 years: opposite the European Central Bank, on the other side of the Main, Guido Weeder wants to spread "lightness and joie de vivre" with his pop-up bar during the summer months. To this end, he mixes caipirinhas & Co behind his bar; with a bit of luck, a picture-book sunset behind the Frankfurt skyline will be added to the mix. On normal summer days, the Main Cocktail Bar opens in the afternoon between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., and at weekends between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. The last drink is usually served shortly before midnight. Dafür mixt er hinter seinem Tresen Caipirinhas & Co; mit etwas Glück kommt dann noch ein Bilderbuch-Sonnenuntergang hinter der Frankfurter Skyline hinzu. An normalen Sommertagen öffnet die Main-Cocktailbar nachmittags zwischen 15:00 und 16:00, am Wochenende auch schon zwischen 13:00 und 14:00.
