Diese Galerie in der Kleinmarkthalle zeigt dir nicht nur Foto- oder Illustrationskunst. Bei Apfelwein-Tastings kannst du hier auch die Kunst der hessischen Kellermeister erleben.  Lange hat Martin Schitto als Artdirector und Fotograf in der Werbebranche gearbeitet. Bis in der Kleinmarkthalle 2019 ein Laden frei wurde und er sich dort mit einem ungewöhnlichen Konzept meldete: Neben Fotografien, Illustrationen, Karikaturen und anderen Kunstwerken zeigt er hier auch die Kunst der hessischen Kellermeister. Bei einem Apfelwein-Tasting, das hier jederzeit ganz unkompliziert möglich ist, kannst du sechs verschiedene Sorten verproben. Oder du wählst einfach einen der Apfelweine aus dem gläsernen Kühlschrank und schlenderst mit deinem „Stöffche“ in der Hand durch die Ausstellung. Mit diesem besonderen Typ von Galerie will Schitto den Zugang zur Kunst erleichtern; die bietet er hier für jeden Geldbeutel an. Fotoabzüge von nicht limitierten Auflagen sind bereits ab 150 Euro zu haben und einige der Kunstwerke, die in den wechselnden Ausstellungen gezeigt werden, kannst du auch als Postkarte kaufen.

Martin Schitto worked as an art director and photographer in the advertising industry for a long time. Until a store became vacant in the Kleinmarkthalle in 2019 and he applied there with an unusual concept: In addition to photographs, illustrations, caricatures and other works of art, he also exhibits the art of Hessian cellar masters here. You can sample six different varieties at a apple wine tasting, which is available here at any time. Or you can simply choose one of the apple wines from the glass refrigerator and stroll through the exhibition with your "Stöffche" in hand. With this special type of gallery, Schitto wants to make art more accessible; he offers it here for every budget. Photo prints of non-limited editions are available from just 150 euros and you can also buy some of the artworks shown in the changing exhibitions as postcards.
