38 Plätze, 40 Quadratmeter Fläche: Dieses Zimmertheater im Herzen Offenbachs ist eine der kleinsten Bühnen Deutschlands – und eine mit großer Wirkung. Seit 2005 wird in der Wilhelmstraße mit Herzblut und Engagement inszeniert und gespielt. Jedes Wochenende kommen hier anspruchsvolle Stoffe auf die Bühne, von Borcherts „Draußen vor der Tür“ bis zu Satiren und Komödien. Das Gründer-Duo Sarah C. Baumann und Frank Geisler stellt mit einem kleinen Ensemble freier Darsteller*innen immer wieder eigene Produktionen auf die Beine und entstaubt dabei gerne Theaterklassiker mit einem neuen frischen Blick. Zuschauer*innen begeistert der intime Rahmen, bei dem das Publikum den Schauspieler*innen so nah kommt wie selten sonst in der Theaterwelt. Auch Lesungen, Vernissagen oder Workshops finden im T-raum-Theater statt.

38 seats, 40 square meters of space: this indoor theater in the heart of Offenbach is one of the smallest stages in Germany - and one with a big impact. Since 2005, productions have been staged and performed in Wilhelmstraße with passion and commitment. Sophisticated plays are staged here every weekend, from Borchert's "Outside the Door" to satires and comedies. The founding duo Sarah C. Baumann and Frank Geisler regularly put on their own productions with a small ensemble of freelance actors and enjoy dusting off theater classics with a fresh new look. Audiences love the intimate setting, where the audience gets closer to the actors than is rarely the case in the theater world. Readings, vernissages and workshops also take place at the T-raum Theater.
