Frankfurt's salsa scene is at home in this old bread factory. Where bread was still baked on a grand scale until the 1970s, today one party after another takes place in the large hall of the lovingly maintained industrial building. Including: Germany's oldest salsa disco, tango and mambo events and, as a blockbuster in the program, the regular DJ party for all those who grew up in the 1970s and 80s. The Brotfabrik hosts up to 100 concerts and another 100 club nights plus a number of readings and live podcasts every year. The tight programme is organized by the non-profit association Kulturprojekt 21. Tickets are only available at the box office - which ensures that the Brotfabrik fills up quickly.
