Our bright and welcoming holiday apartment is 98 square meters in size and has been completely renovated.
It is divided as follows:
* Large living room with a dining area, sofas, and a cozy reading corner. Large kitchen with a comfortable seating area, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, egg cooker, and much more. A hallway with a wardrobe and shoe cabinet. One bedroom with a 180cm-wide double bed and TV. One bedroom with a 180cm-wide double bed, work area, and LAN connection. (If required and after prior arrangement, a guest bed for a 5th person can be set up.) All windows can be darkened using electric shutters.
* Our new bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
* The large, furnished terrace and small garden invite you to relax.
* There is a parking space with an electrical connection for bicycles and e-bikes.
We want you to feel completely at home and spend relaxing days in our beautiful holiday apartment.

Unsere helle und freundliche Ferienwohnung ist 98 Quadratmeter groß und wurde komplett renoviert.
Sie ist wie folgt aufgeteilt:
* Großes Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, Sofas und gemütlicher Lese-Ecke.
Große Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Eierkocher u.v.m.Flur mir Garderobe und Schuhschrank
1 Schlafzimmer mit einem 180cm breiten Doppelbett und TV-Gerät.
1 Schlafzimmer mit einem 180cm breiten Doppelbett, Arbeitsplatz und LAN-Anschluss.
(Bei Bedarf und nach vorheriger Absprache kann ein Gästebett für eine 5. Person aufgestellt werden)
Alle Fenster lassen sich mittels elektrischen Rollläden verdunkeln.
* Unser neues Bad ist mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet.
Die große, möblierte Terrasse und der kleine Garten laden zum entspannen ein.
Für Fahrräder und E-Bikes gibt es einen Stellplatz mit Stromanschluss.
* Wir bitten um Anzahlung in Höhe von 50% bei Buchungsabschluß und die Restzahlung bitte 7 Tage vor Anreise.
Wir wollen, dass sie sich rundum wohlfühlen und entspannte Tage in unserer schönen Ferienwohnung verbringen.
