On stage at the Erwin Piscator House is Germany's most renowned forensic scientist Prof. Dr. Klaus Püschel. Moderated by true crime talker Dr. Tino Grosche, the insider reconstructs real crimes. The audience experiences how crime scenes are recreated, causes of death determined, and perpetrators convicted. This true crime event promises profound insights into actual criminal cases and pure suspense. The special aspect: all the crimes involve cases in which Professor Püschel was involved as a forensic scientist. It covers serial murders, sexual offenses, cold cases, as well as wrongfully convicted individuals. Forensic scientist Prof. Dr. Klaus Püschel is active worldwide as a forensic expert and was the head of the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Hamburg. In 1987, he performed an autopsy with forensic expert Janssen on the body of Uwe Barschel. He was an expert witness in the Kachelmann case and the Göhrde murders, examined the body of the Reemtsma kidnapper, and worked in Kosovo, Egypt, and Syria. In Benin, he performed an autopsy on the victim of a "voodoo murder." In Rwanda, he assisted in establishing the Murambi Genocide Memorial, a monument for the genocide in Rwanda in 1994. Püschel was appointed honorary commissioner of the Hamburg police.

Rechtsmediziner Prof. Dr. Klaus Püschel ist weltweit als Forensiker im Einsatz und war Leiter des Instituts für Rechtsmedizin in HH. 1987 obduzierte er mit Rechtsmediziner Janssen die Leiche von Uwe Barschel. Er war u. a. Gutachter im Fall Kachelmann und bei den Göhrde-Morden, untersuchte den Leichnam des Reemtsma-Entführers, war im Kosovo, in Ägypten und in Syrien tätig. In Benin obduzierte er das Opfer eines „Voodoo-Mordes“. In Ruanda half er im Murambi Genocide Memorial mit, ein Mahnmal für den Völkermord in Ruanda von 1994 einzurichten. Püschel wurde zum Ehrenkommissar der Hamburger Polizei ernannt.
