The aim of the event series is to bring high-profile authors to Dillenburg and to make literature and culture tangible in a special way. This year's program includes two extraordinary readings for adults as well as one event for children. He is an author, actor, comedian, moderator, and much more, and has been an integral part of the entertainment world for over 30 years. Of course, we are talking about Bernd Stelter, who will open the "Cultural Venue Dillenburg" on September 21, 2026. In the Orangerie of the Hessian State Stud, he will present his current crime novel "The Cold Hand of the Camping Killer" and take the guests on a journey to the Netherlands by the sea, where two teenagers enjoy romantic togetherness on the beach when they suddenly discover a hand of a dead person sticking out of the sand. Inspector Piet van Houvencamp and his assistant from the police in Middelburg start the investigations, and soon campers and amateur detectives are involved – much to the inspector's chagrin… Guests can expect exciting entertainment with the humorous storytelling style for which Stelter has been known for many years. The program begins at 6.00 p.m. and tickets can be purchased in advance for €10. The event series will continue with a reading for children aged six and over on October 15, 2026, at 4.00 p.m. in the city library of Dillenburg. The author Judith Weber will read from her children's book "The Superpowers of Animals" and take her curious audience on an exciting journey of discovery through the fascinating animal world. With numerous profiles, fun facts, and some animal interviews, it will clearly be illustrated: Animals are true superheroes of nature! Admission is free. Murder, manslaughter, and music: The grand finale of the series will take place on November 20, 2026, with a musical crime reading featuring author Michael Kobr. In the impressive Prince Hall of the Hessian State Stud, he will lead guests to the small Danish Baltic Sea island of Christiansø with his crime novel "Storm over Christiansø" and combine thrilling investigations with atmospheric settings. The reading will be musically accompanied by Stephan Winkler on the piano and combines literature and music into a special cultural experience. The program begins at 7.00 p.m. and tickets can be purchased in advance for €10. Das Stadtmarketing der Oranienstadt Dillenburg und die Stadtbücherei laden herzlich dazu ein, Literatur an besonderen Orten der Stadt zu erleben. Ziel der Veranstaltungsreihe ist es, hochkarätige Autorinnen und Autoren nach Dillenburg zu holen und so Literatur und Kultur auf besondere Weise erlebbar zu machen. Das diesjährige Programm umfasst zwei außergewöhnliche Lesungen für Erwachsene sowie eine Veranstaltung für Kinder. Er ist Autor, Schauspieler, Komiker, Moderator und vieles mehr und ist seit über 30 Jahren nicht mehr aus der Unterhaltungswelt wegzudenken. Die Rede ist natürlich von Bernd Stelter, der am 21.
