VERNISSAGE: SCHATTENWELTEN Am Samstag, den 4.7.26 um 20:00 Uhr eröffnet Kay Maeritz in seinem Atelier am Burggarten in Londorf-Rabenau die neue Ausstellung „Schattenwelten“ mit Malerei und Zeichnungen. Ausserdem zu sehen sein werden verblüffende Kinetische Objekte von Jürgen Wissner. Diese Objekte tüftelt er mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus. Mit seinem Objekt 42 etwa gibt er die Antwort auf die Frage nach dem Sinn des Lebens... Die Auseinandersetzung mit dem zerstörerischen Einfluss des Menschen auf unseren Planeten, sowie die Erkundung von Naturstrukturen und körperlichen Metamorphosen, prägen das künstlerische Schaffen von Kay Maeritz. Einen neuen Schwerpunkt bilden Zeichnungen, mit denen Kay Maeritz zu seiner Lieblingstechnik zurückkehrt. Ausgehend von vorhandenen Strukturen im handgeschöpften Papier entsteht eine ganz eigene Bilderwelt im Raum zwischen phantastisch und erotisch. Es finden sich literarische Bezüge wie auch Verknüpfungen mit der „trumpesken“ Welt. Die Ausstellung „Schattenwelten“ wird in sieben Räumen und im Treppenhaus im „Borgmellesch Haus“ hinter dem Burggarten Londorf zu sehen sein. Auch am Sonntag, den 5.7.26 von 12:00-19:00 Uhr sind Besucher im Rahmen der offenen Galerie im Atelier Maeritz herzlich willkommen (parallel zu Kunst im Park im benachbarten Burggarten in Londorf). PROJEKTION IM FREIEN AUF GROSSLEINWAND: SCHATTENLICHT - FOTOGRAFIEN AUS MAROKKO Am Samstag den 4.7.26 ab ca. 22.00 Uhr werden bei Einbruch der Nacht (nur bei gutem Wetter) auf einer Grossleinwand an der benachbarten Burgmühle neue Fotografien aus Marokko zum Thema Schattenlicht zu sehen sein. VERNISSAGE: SHADOW WORLDS On Saturday, July 4th, 1926 at 8:00 PM Kay Maeritz will open the new exhibition “Shadow Worlds” with paintings and drawings in his studio at Burggarten in Londorf-Rabenau. Additionally, astonishing Kinetic Objects by Jürgen Wissner will also be on display. He meticulously creates these objects with great attention to detail. With his object 42, for example, he provides the answer to the question about the meaning of life... The confrontation with the destructive impact of humanity on our planet, as well as the exploration of natural structures and physical metamorphoses, shape the artistic work of Kay Maeritz. A new focus will be drawings, with which Kay Maeritz returns to his favorite technique. Starting from existing structures in handmade paper, a unique world of images emerges, balancing between the fantastic and the erotic. Literary references and connections to the "Trumpesque" world can also be found. The exhibition “Shadow Worlds” will be on display in seven rooms and in the stairwell of the “Borgmellesch House” behind Burggarten Londorf. OUTDOOR PROJECTION ON LARGE SCREEN: SHADOW LIGHT - PHOTOGRAPHS FROM MOROCCO On Saturday, July 4th, 1926 starting at around 10:00 PM as night falls (only in good weather), new photographs from Morocco on the theme of shadow light will be shown on a large screen at the neighboring Burgmühle.
